AFEX OEM to OEM
Program
AFEX will design custom fire suppression systems that satisfies
the unique technical requirements of our customer, without compromising our exacting
requirements for system integrity and operation.
- AFEX furnishes technical information about its fire
suppression systems to assist the manufacturer with the initial design;
- Where the customer’s design does not accommodate
AFEX’s existing product, AFEX will customize components to the customer’s
specifications;
- AFEX installs and tests prototype systems at the
customer’s site and, will "fine-tune" the fire suppression system based on
system performance;
- AFEX develops “kits of materials.” This kit includes
every part required for the system. Part numbers are assigned to facilitate ordering and
servicing;
- AFEX creates custom service and installation manuals (in any
language) for specific pieces of equipment;
- AFEX personnel will meet with manufacturing line personnel and
train them how to install the customized AFEX fire suppression system.
