Safeguarding Mobile Mining Equipment from Fire Threats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AFEX has been outfitting mobile heavy equipment with fire suppression systems for over 50 years. Dual Agent Fire Suppression System on Liebherr Haul Truck<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The system also includes a programmable control unit, compatible with fleet management software for effective, timely fire detection communication. This system has been rigorously tested for safe operations and is approved by Factory Mutual HDME, ActivFire and CE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AFEX dual agent fire suppression system will be installed on Liebherr\u2019s newest equipment addition, the T 274 305 t \/ 336 ton haul truck<\/a>, in booth #7627. The T 274 haul truck offers with the largest payload capacity in its class, moving more tons each hauling cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n
